Drunk guy + bicycle ornament high above the sidewalk + camera = well, we all know where this is going.
The commentary from whoever is recording things is very telling as “he is going to crack his fucking head” is muttered. But, the same guy is buying a shot, provided the climber gets his “ass on that seat!”.
“This is all bad.”
