A woman gave birth during a Southwest Airlines flight on Tuesday morning.
Flight number 623 left SFO at 6:24 a.m. bound for Sky Harbor International, but was diverted to LAX after a woman went into labor just after the plane had taken off. CBS SF reports…
“Luckily a nurse and doctor were on board,” Emily Samuels of Southwest Airlines told KCBS. “I can’t comment on their condition because I’m not a medical professional, but it was a pretty exiting day.”
“They’ll certainly have a story to tell,” said Samuels.
