A woman is dead after she was struck by multiple cars on the 10 Freeway Wednesday night.

All eastbound lanes of the freeway were closed while police investigated, but reopened by 10 pm.

According to KMIR, the unidentified woman was was hit by multiple vehicles and was pronounced dead at the scene.
A woman was seen by motorists just before the accident looking onto the freeway from the Jackson Street bridge, reports the Desert Sun.
