Just days after woman died after becoming dehydrated on a Palm Springs hiking trail, another woman had to be rescued Thursday the Bump and Grind in Rancho Mirage.
Authorities were called to the trail, near its crossing with Mike Schuler Hiking Trail, at 11:47 a.m. Firefighters hiked to where the woman was and were able to then walk her down the trail.
She was treated for minor injuries at a local hospital and should have taken this important hiking quiz before heading out.
