You can buy Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch, provided you have an extra $100 million lying around.
The property, now called Sycamore Valley Ranch, is going up for sale reports the Wall Street Journal. It has changed quite a bit from the days MJ was living there. Gone are the carnival rides and animals – though one llama does remain (so you have that going for you).
The new buyer will acquire the renovated 2,700-acre property which includes 22 structures including a six-bedroom house; two guest houses; a pool with a cabana; a working train and train station(!); basketball and tennis courts; a BBQ area; a 50-seat movie theatre; some lakes; a huge floral clock which spells out “Neverland”; and a stage equipped with trap doors (for magic shows).
Jackson purchased the ranch for $19.5 million back in 1987 and don’t even think about driving up to Los Olivos for a Saturday open house, anyone looking to tour the property must pass an “extensive qualification.”
