The golf tournament that used the be the celebrity-filled Bob Hope and, after several name and sponsor changes, is now, ummmm, the Bob the Builder Championship (?) is losing a former President and replacing him with that guy from the ridiculous Enbrel commercials.
Bill Clinton and the Clinton Foundation will not be part of the 2017 event, reports the Desert Sun – instead Clinton will be replaced as the “ambassador” for the annual tournament by Phil Mickelson.
Mickelson’s role has not yet been defined by the tournament, but will probably include complaining how is not even richer than he already is for playing golf all day.
Hopefully, in 2018 we can just use a hologram of Bob Hope and make the tournament great again.
