The La Quinta Police Department Traffic Unit will be conducting a DUI / Driver’s License Checkpoint this Saturday night.
The checkpoint, will take place between 7 p.m. and 3 a.m. at an undisclosed location in the city of La Quinta. Officers will be looking for signs of alcohol and/or drug impairment. They will also be looking for proper licensing and registration. This is the second city to announce a checkpoint for Saturday, with Palm Desert being the other.
