A camera crew comes through the desert every few years, and for the next decade people drive past four good restaurants to get to the one with the sticker in the window. Guy Fieri has been here. So has Man v. Food. The food is usually real — but the list is a snapshot of whenever a producer happened to be in town, and some of these kitchens have changed hands, changed cooks, or changed nothing at all since the camera left.
