El Paseo in Palm Desert had a really hard time allowing balloons on the street, but no issues with putting this thing in the smack dab in the middle of the shopping district.

Not sure exactly when this thing popped up on El Paseo, but it was there this past weekend…

And whether or not you think while having a giant novelty Groucho Marx disguise glasses in the middle of the road is nice or even art, we can all agree it’s better than those ugly giant babies.
