A man is dead after he was shot in Sky Valley Sunday night.
Police were called about 7:30 pm to Dillon Road. When they arrived, the found a man with a gunshot wound at he home, according to a news release. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.
Investigators from the Palm Desert Station and the Sheriff’s Central Homicide Unit are investigating.
