Virgin Hotels announced Tuesday that it will be opening its first location on the west coast in Palm Springs in late 2018.

The 150 room hotel, wait…ummm, Virgin calls their rooms “chambers” because, well, hipness or something…and will include some bars and restaurants, reports The LA Times. There are also plans for a rooftop terrace and some sort of outdoor spot where guests can see movies and performances run by the Palm Springs Art Museum.

The hotel will be located on a to-be-created Main Street which will connect the Palm Springs Art Museum with North Palm Canyon Drive.

So far Virgin has just one hotel in Chicago. The rates for a room, errr, I mean chamber at that hotel for this weekend range from $131 to $176.
