A police pursuit ended on the 710 freeway Sunday night with California Highway Patrol officers trying to roundup three unleashed dogs.

The chase began on the 91 Freeway in Orange County, when a woman driving a late-model Mercedes failed to stop for officers. Police then pursued her to the 710 when they used a precision immobilization technique (PIT), to spin her out. That is when 3 of 6 dogs jumped out of car and began running around the freeway.

Police temporarily shut down the freeway until they could catch all of the dogs.
