Lumpy’s, a longtime golf retailer in the Coachella Valley, is calling it quits.
The company, which has stores in La Quinta and Rancho Mirage, made the announcement on their website:
After more than 30 years of servicing the local community, we have made the decision to close all Lumpy’s locations. While we look forward to spending more time with friends and family, and even getting out on the course more ourselves, it has been a privilege and a pleasure serving our valued customers over the years. But, it’s not goodbye yet! Over the next several weeks, swing into Lumpy’s and save 20% – 70% on all your favorite golf gear.

As KESQ notes, a third store in Fort Meyers, Florida will also close.
