Tony Hawk took to Twitter Friday to let you know that he will be in Palm Springs on Saturday – and he would like you to come see him…

Tony will be part of The El Gato Classic which will feature a demo performance at 3pm on Saturday (with free admission!) at Palm Springs High School.
The El Gato Classic was created by Skateboard legend and Palm Desert resident Eddie “El Gato” Elguera. Eddie is a two-time world skateboard champion and named Skateboarder of the year in 1979 & 1980.
The forecast for the day is outstanding – with a sunny skies and temps in the high 70’s. Perfect weather to watch skateboarding legends in action.
