Cactus Hugs reader James recently chimed in on Facebook about his idea as to where the 26-foot-tall statue of Marilyn Monroe should go in Palm Springs. It is a really good idea.
That would be pretty rad. But, unfortunately, this is Palm Springs where nothing ever makes sense.
