Good news! If you are looking to buy a home (and have 25 million bucks to spare),  Bob Hope’s famous Palm Springs home is now priced 50% lower than it was less than 2 years ago.

After originally going on the market for a whopping $50 million dollars, the property has gone unsold now for 21 months.

Nine months after going on the market, the price was dropped to $34 million. Still no one was interested, so now the price has been lowered to $24,999,000 (because 25 million would have just sounded to high I suppose).

The Palm Springs house was designed by renowned modern architect John Lautner – and was designed specifically for Bob and his wife Dolores.

The home (which could easily be mistaken for a spaceship) was built in 1979 and has about 22,000 square feet of living space featuring six bedrooms, 12 bathrooms(!), and a gigantic boulder jutting out the living room floor.

If interested, you may just want to wait a bit…at this rate the price might just drop to $35,000 in another year or two.
