A couple of months ago, Guy Fieri came to the Coachella Valley to film a plethora of segments for his Food Network show “Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. The episodes have been rolling out over the last few weeks and this Friday will include a couple of dishes served up by the very popular Cathedral City eatery Zobo and Meester’s.
The episode, “From Spicy to Icy” will air on the Food Network at 9pm on Friday and will also see Fieri in Virginia and Hawaii. For his desert stop, he will feast on a Three Meat BBQ Sandwich…
…and the Flamethrower Panini…
The Flamethrower includes: roast beef, pulled pork, pepperjack, jalapeno, marinated jalapeno, habanero salsa, and Zam sauce.
Naturally, the good people at Zobo and Meester’s are pretty excited about the episode and sent Cactus Hugs a couple of photos taken while Fieri was filming in the restaurant.
Here are a couple of additional photos sent in by tipsters back when Fieri was in town shooting the episode (and being given a super rad cake):
