Broken Yolk to open in downtown Palm Springs

Palm Springs is getting a new option for breakfast.
The Broken Yolk is taking over the space that was, up until last month, Chop House – according to KESQ. This will be the second Broken Yolk in the Coachella Valley, with the first being in La Quinta.
The Broken Yolk has a menu loaded with omelettes, pancakes, and other breakfast options. They are also open for lunch.
The space above the restaurant, which was formerly Grind Burger Bar, will become a bar called Moxie – which will offer small plates and karaoke.
No word yet on opening dates.
